Shipping policy

Every Atoll Club item is made to order, so there are two stages to your delivery: production, then shipping.

Production time

Your item is printed after you order. Production usually takes 3-5 business days before your parcel leaves our facility. Custom or multi-item orders can take a little longer.

Where we ship from

Orders are produced and dispatched from the United States.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5-14 business days to the EU and UK, and 14-30 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees, and customs processing can add time.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

Parcels shipped from the US into the EU or UK may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. EU customers may owe import VAT and duties on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 10 days, email us and we'll chase it.

Undeliverable parcels and wrong addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or nobody collected it, we can reship at your cost or refund the item minus shipping.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, get in touch and we'll investigate or replace it.
